MEN'S RETREAT · JUNE 5–8, 2026 · MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
"No, in all these things we are more than conquerors
through him who loved us."
— Romans 8:37
THE MISSION
There is a generation of men walking in isolation — carrying weight they were never meant to carry alone. Silently. Separately. The mountain feels unconquerable when you're climbing it by yourself.
Conquering Your Mountain is a weekend of intentional brotherhood — where men come together not just to survive their circumstances, but to rise above them. Through small group discussions, collective conversations about the real barriers men face, physical training as a metaphor for what we must overcome, and deep spiritual development through devotionals and prayer, this weekend is designed to forge something lasting.
This is not a conference. It is not a one-time event. It is the ignition of a movement — one that will continue through ongoing support groups, future retreats, and a brotherhood that doesn't end when the weekend does. Every man who walks through this experience becomes a link in a chain that reaches the next generation.

THE REALITY WE CANNOT IGNORE
June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. These are not abstract numbers — they are fathers, sons, brothers, and neighbors. They are men who needed someone to show up. This movement exists to be that presence.

Men are four times more likely to die by suicide than women — yet they remain the least likely to ask for help.

Silence is not strength. It is a slow erosion. Men are conditioned to carry it alone — and it is costing them their lives.

THE WEEKEND
Fifteen men. Four days. A structured weekend of intentional formation — not a retreat from the world, but a preparation for re-entering it as something greater.
Intimate circles where men go below the surface. No performance, no pretense — just honest conversation about what it means to be a man in this generation. These discussions are where walls come down and real brotherhood is built.
We name what holds men back — trauma, identity confusion, financial pressure, relational breakdown, and the weight of expectations no one prepared them for. Naming it is the first step to moving through it.
A professional mixed martial artist leads physical training sessions that mirror the spiritual journey. The body is a classroom. When you push through physical limits, you learn something about the mental and spiritual ones — and you learn it in community.
Shared meals, shared stories, shared laughter. Brotherhood is not manufactured — it is cultivated through time and presence. This weekend creates the conditions for bonds that outlast the retreat and carry men through the hardest seasons of their lives.
Spiritual development is the backbone of everything. Daily devotionals and guided prayer sessions anchor the weekend in Scripture and give every man a framework for continuing his walk with Christ long after he leaves.
Every man leaves with a personal discipleship map and a strategic action plan for his next steps — whether that's leading at home, mentoring a younger man, or stepping into ministry. The weekend is the beginning, not the destination.
Your investment makes this weekend possible. Every dollar goes directly into the formation of men who will go on to shape families, communities, and the next generation.

THE MOVEMENT
June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month — and that is not a coincidence. This retreat is the spark, not the fire. What begins with 15 men in a room will extend into an ongoing support structure that walks with every man after he leaves.
A dedicated support group. Additional retreats. Mentorship pipelines. Community partnerships. Every man who goes through this experience becomes a conduit — equipped to pour into younger men, to show up for his family differently, to lead his community with intention rather than reaction.
When we heal our men, we heal the whole unit. Marriages become stronger. Children grow up with present fathers. Communities develop leaders who serve rather than consume. The return on this investment is generational.

POURING INTO THE NEXT GENERATION
The world does not need more men watching from the sidelines. It needs men who have done the internal work — who have confronted their own mountains — and are now ready to guide others up theirs.
Fatherlessness is rising. Divorce is fragmenting families. Sexual immorality is reshaping the minds of an entire generation of young men and women. The answer is not more programs — it is more present, equipped, intentional men who understand what it means to lead from a place of wholeness.
This retreat plants that seed. Your partnership waters it.

MENTORSHIP IN ACTION
1 in 3 young men has no adult male to turn to. Every man who walks through this weekend becomes someone another man can turn to.
